About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll provide dedicated support to senior leaders—coordinating calendars, managing travel, and ensuring seamless communication. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and takes pride in enabling executive success.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel itineraries
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications
• Coordinate events, team meetings, and offsites
• Handle expenses, documents, and confidential files
• Collaborate closely with other EAs and departments
Qualifications & Requirements
• Previous experience as an Executive or Management Assistant
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Teams
• Discrete, proactive, and able to work independently
