A leading global pharmaceutical organization focused on innovation, safety, and continuous improvement, operating across multiple markets with a major production site in Oss specializing in sterile and high-potency medicines.
Role Description
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Process Operators to join our production team in Oss, Noord-Brabant. In this role, you will independently carry out various tasks related to the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products in accordance with strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards. You will report to the Operations Manager and work as part of a shift team of 15–20 operators.
Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and execute manufacturing processes following GMP guidelines and standard procedures.
- Perform in-process control tests to ensure that production meets defined specifications.
- Accurately complete and verify batch records and production documentation.
- Identify, report, and assist in resolving equipment malfunctions or process deviations.
- Carry out supporting activities such as disassembling and assembling equipment and executing cleaning procedures.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
- Participate in improvement projects and propose process optimizations to enhance efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- MBO 2/3 working and thinking level, preferably with a diploma in process technology, pharmaceuticals, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience working in a controlled, clean, and GMP-regulated environment is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexible, proactive, and capable of adapting to changes in a dynamic production environment.
- Good communication skills and willingness to continue professional development through additional training (e.g., VAPRO).
