Role Description
As a Senior Project Manager within the Innovation Engineering department, you will be responsible for delivering complex, cross-functional projects in the healthcare technology domain. You will manage innovation initiatives, post-launch modifications, and quality improvement projects, ensuring all activities comply with regulatory standards and organizational goals. Working closely with global teams across software, hardware, supply chain, and quality functions, you will drive projects from concept through to market introduction.

Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary innovation projects within the healthcare technology domain.
- Ensure project delivery across software, hardware, supply management, industrialization, and regulatory functions.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and CAPA activities in line with QMS and medical device standards.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and reporting to senior leadership.
- Coordinate submission and approval processes with notified bodies and relevant authorities.
- Collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project performance.


Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in a corporate, technical, or healthcare environment.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects successfully.
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actions.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and international environment.
