Role description
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects within the healthcare technology field. You’ll manage innovative initiatives, quality improvements, and product modifications from concept to market launch.

Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex projects involving software, hardware, supply chain, and regulatory aspects.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards for medical devices.
- Drive cross-functional teams to achieve project goals on time and within scope.
- Manage stakeholder communication and report project progress.
- Support continuous improvement (CAPAs) and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience (preferably in healthcare or medical devices).
- Strong understanding of quality systems, compliance, and regulatory processes.
- Proven success managing complex international projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
