Project Manager – Healthcare Technology

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the successful delivery of complex projects across multiple disciplines, including software, hardware, supply chain, regulatory compliance, and industrialization.
- Ensure projects align with strategic objectives while adhering to healthcare quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive timely execution and approval of medical devices or applications.
- Provide leadership within a team of seasoned project managers, sharing best practices and fostering collaboration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of project management experience, ideally within international and corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and healthcare quality standards.
- Proven success in leading complex projects and quality improvement initiatives.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic decisions.
