Our client, a global leader in healthcare technology headquartered in Eindhoven, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, multidisciplinary projects. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation projects, post-launch modifications, and quality improvements that shape the future of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the successful delivery of complex projects across multiple disciplines, including software, hardware, supply chain, regulatory compliance, and industrialization.
  • Ensure projects align with strategic objectives while adhering to healthcare quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive timely execution and approval of medical devices or applications.
  • Provide leadership within a team of seasoned project managers, sharing best practices and fostering collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of project management experience, ideally within international and corporate environments.
  • Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and healthcare quality standards.
  • Proven success in leading complex projects and quality improvement initiatives.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic decisions.
