Role Description
As an Associate in Supply Chain Import/Export, you will coordinate global pharmaceutical shipments, manage order-to-invoice activities, and ensure timely and compliant import/export processes. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistics issues and optimize supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities
-Ensure global distribution of pharmaceutical products
-Process supply orders daily
-Handle export and import documentation
-Book and monitor shipments, proactively addressing potential issues
-Resolve service and transport issues
-Coordinate and execute product return processes
-Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and internal supply chain partners
-Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
-Represent the team in cross-functional project teams
-Identify and implement process improvements
-Provide input for periodic KPIs
-Stay up to date with GMP/GDP knowledge and job-related training
-Review and suggest improvements for Order-to-Cash procedures
-Support execution of disaster recovery plans with relevant departments
-Perform other duties as required

Requirements
-Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of supply chain experience in a GMP and/or GDP regulated industry
-Ability to multitask and work in a diverse, international environment
-Affinity with computer-based work
-Advanced communication skills
-Customer-focused mindset
-Fluency in English, both written and spoken
-Commitment to quality and accuracy
