The Company
A leading international organisation in the FMCG sector, known for its commitment to innovation and excellence. The company operates across multiple European markets and is currently expanding its Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) capabilities within the Benelux and ITR cluster.

Role Description
We are seeking an experienced SRM Director/Lead (T3 level) to join the team in Veghel, Netherlands. This is a hybrid role (32 hours per week), with two days on-site and the remainder remote. Reporting to the Strategic Demand Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the SRM strategy across Pricing, Promotion, Mix and Trade Terms. You will lead a newly formed team and drive capability building across three markets.

Responsibilities
- Define and implement a long-term SRM roadmap, aligned with annual planning and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead and develop a team of three direct reports, fostering talent and functional excellence.
- Collaborate with regional SRM teams and local markets to ensure consistent strategy deployment.
- Deliver pricing governance, including floor price guidance and monitoring across European units.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support SRM initiatives.


Requirements
- Proven experience in SRM strategy development and execution across Pricing, Promo, Mix and Trade.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record in team building and talent development.
- Commercial and financial acumen with a clear understanding of P&L impacts.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
