The Role
As an Executive Business Partner, you will be the strategic right hand to the Site Lead and Leadership Team. This is a high-impact role requiring a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage complexity with clarity and confidence. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes and facilitating effective communication across departments.

Responsibilities
-Provide autonomous executive support to senior leadership, managing schedules, priorities, and communications.
-Coordinate internal and external events, including high-level meetings, site visits, and celebrations.
-Lead internal communications efforts, drafting announcements, newsletters, and presentations in line with corporate standards.
-Oversee office operations and collaborate with other assistants, offering guidance and consistency.
-Manage financial and administrative processes such as invoicing and payments.
-Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external visitors, ensuring a structured and welcoming experience.

Requirements
-10+ years of experience in administrative roles, including 5+ years supporting senior executives.
-Proven ability to manage complex schedules and priorities independently.
-Strong organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail.
-Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
-Experience in a multinational, scientific, or regulated environment.
