Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager White Dairy to join the Supply Chain Commercialisation team. You will lead Design to Value (DtV) projects and renovations, ensuring maximum product value and cost efficiency, while coordinating cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all stages of projects: initiation, design, planning, execution, and stakeholder management
- Deliver projects On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) according to objectives, budget, and requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: R&D, QA, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain
- Manage CAPEX requests and prepare Business Cases as needed
- Ensure compliance of project updates in the internal project tracking system
- Provide coaching and guidance to project team members
Requirements — Must have
- MSc / MA / MBA degree
- 7–10+ years FMCG project management experience
- Experience in Design to Value, NPD, or packaging projects
- Cross-functional stakeholder management experience
- Excellent English communication & presentation skills
- Leadership and coaching capabilities
Nice to have
- Knowledge of dairy production / FMCG retail markets
- Basic financial management understanding
- Experience with project tracking tools (MS Project, SAP, Principal Toolbox)
