The Role
Are you passionate about regulatory affairs, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring compliance in product registrations? Do you have experience in dossier preparation and stakeholder communication? Then this opportunity might be the perfect fit for you.

As Product Innovation Manager, your mission is to ensure timely and compliant product registrations across global markets. You’ll work closely with internal teams, distributors, and regulatory authorities to manage the full lifecycle of registrations and support legal and compliance with regulatory insights.

Responsibilities
-Manage product registrations from submission to approval
-Review and advise on submission data from stakeholders
-Maintain registration databases and monitor regulatory changes
-Liaise with internal teams, distributors, and authorities
-Support Legal and Compliance with regulatory input
-Ensure dossiers are complete and submitted on time
-Follow up on filed registrations and maintain stakeholder communication
-Build strong relationships with third parties
-Stay up to date with local regulatory changes and update internal systems

Requirements
-Experience in Regulatory, Legal, Quality, Product Specification or similar roles
-Background in Health Care or FMCG is preferred
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
-Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
