Role Overview
We are seeking a Packaging Artwork Manager to manage the artwork process from design to print. This role ensures packaging quality, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery by coordinating across internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end packaging artwork projects (design to print).
- Collaborate with marketing, design agencies, and print suppliers.
- Oversee artwork management systems and digital pack image creation.
- Approve proofs and ensure color/print quality standards.
- Manage vendor performance, compliance, and cost optimization.
- Support regulatory and brand consistency requirements.
Requirements – Must-Have
- Experience in packaging artwork, print management, or pre-press.
- Strong knowledge of artwork systems, regulatory packaging, and vendor management.
- Background in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
- Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Esko, BLUE, Kallik, or similar AMS.
- Knowledge of EU regulatory artwork requirements.
- Multicultural/global project coordination experience.
