_{Responsibilities}

• Manage end-to-end packaging artwork projects from design to print-ready files
• Partner with Marketing and design agencies to ensure designs are technically printable before approval
• Run pre-production meetings with stakeholders, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the process
• Oversee the creation of mechanical artwork, separations, and digital pack/hero images
• Monitor artwork costs, ensuring cost-optimized print solutions (e.g., print processes, number of colors)
• Track and report on vendor performance, driving continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Design, Printing Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in artwork/print management within FMCG, retail, or packaging industry
• Strong knowledge of artwork processes, prepress, print technologies, and color management
• Experience with artwork management systems (AMS) or similar platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in multicultural environments
