About the Role
As an Packaging Artwork Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end artwork process, from design lock through to final print. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure packaging artwork is delivered on time, cost-effectively, and with consistent brand quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full artwork process from design to deployment for global and regional projects

• Collaborate with design agencies and marketing to ensure print feasibility and quality

• Coordinate pre-production meetings with stakeholders to align artwork and print phases

• Ensure artwork management systems and processes are followed to deliver on time and in full

• Approve proofs and color standards to ensure brand consistency and quality

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design, packaging, or related field

• 3+ years’ experience in artwork, packaging, or print management within FMCG or similar industries

• Strong knowledge of artwork and print processes, with proven project management skills

• Experience working with artwork management systems and digital pack images

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in an international environment
