The Role
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality packaging artwork in a fast-paced, global environment? We are looking for a skilled professional to manage the complete process of packaging artwork creation, starting from design lock and ending with final print-ready files. This role is part of a multinational and multifunctional team, working closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure artwork projects are delivered on time and with consistent quality.

As a technical expert, you will oversee the design, artwork, and print phases, maintaining brand integrity and quality across all touchpoints. You will also be responsible for creating digital pack and hero images for various channels in an increasingly digital world.


Responsibilities
-Manage the full artwork lifecycle from design to deployment for global and regional projects
-Collaborate with marketing and design agencies to ensure printability of designs before internal approvals
-Organize and lead pre-production meetings with internal and external stakeholders
-Ensure master design files meet specifications and are correctly handed over to print management agencies
-Monitor artwork costs and optimize printed packaging for cost-efficiency
-Deliver mechanical artwork and separation files to printers, resolving issues proactively
-Create and manage projects in the internal artwork management system
-Ensure timely delivery of digital pack images following defined quality standards
-Manage stakeholder expectations regarding timelines and technical aspects
-Ensure compliance with rate cards, SLAs, and procurement policies
-Approve color proofs and standards to meet marketing expectations
-Source and align printer specifications with internal processes
-Evaluate and report on print management agency performance


Requirements
-Proven experience in artwork and packaging project management
-Strong technical knowledge of print processes and artwork systems
-Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different countries
-Excellent communication and coordination skills
-Experience working with artwork management systems and digital asset creation
-Ability to influence process improvements and drive efficiency
-Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
-Experience in FMCG or similar industries is preferred
