About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their Global Warehousing team starting January 2026. This role is central to driving standardized warehousing practices, ensuring quality compliance, and supporting global operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-regional stakeholders and contribute directly to business continuity, training, and documentation excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Global SOPs and Work Instructions within the Controlled Document Management System

  • Lead documentation and audits of warehousing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards

  • Author and maintain the Warehouse Global Business Continuity Plan and related impact analyses

  • Develop and manage training content, qualifications, and learning activities within the Learning Management System

  • Partner with global stakeholders across Distribution, Quality, and Warehousing to ensure alignment and effectiveness

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or related field

  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics, preferably in a regulated industry

  • Strong knowledge of GxP, GMP, and Quality Management Systems

  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems (preferably SAP EWM)

  • Skilled in business process modelling and documentation (BPMN, SOPs, WIs)

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working in a matrix organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

  • SCOR-P Certification

  • Affinity for e-learning and training development
