The facility specializes in the manufacturing of fluoropolymers, including Teflon™ and Viton™, which are essential components in various industries such as electronics, clean energy, and healthcare.
Role Description
As an Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Werkvoorbereider, you will be responsible for translating maintenance and project needs into executable work packages. Operating within a dynamic chemical production environment, you’ll ensure that all E&I activities are planned efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards. This role is pivotal in bridging engineering, maintenance, and operations to optimize asset reliability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Developing work plans for E&I maintenance and project activities, including scope, materials, labor, tools, and safety requirements.
- Coordinating with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution timelines.
- Preparing and managing job packages, including technical documentation, permits, and risk assessments.
- Monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines and operational constraints.
- Supporting shutdown and turnaround planning with a focus on E&I scope.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in planning processes and asset performance.
Requirements
- MBO/HBO degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in E&I planning within the chemical, petrochemical, or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of maintenance workflows, safety regulations, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with planning tools and CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
