Role Description
As you are responsible for driving the execution of marketing plans and activity calendars for gum brands (Extra/Orbit, Hubba Bubba, Airwaves) across the Benelux & ITR cluster. This role focuses on impactful campaign delivery, innovation launches, and in-store activations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and shopper channels.
- Lead brand activations including POSM, promotions, in-store displays, and events.
- Adapt regional content to local markets in line with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Support innovation launches and consumer/shopper communications.
- Manage budgets, POs, invoices, and reporting (SAP, Fiori, Ariba).
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5+ years’ experience in brand management/marketing execution (FMCG required; food sector a plus).
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in Dutch & English; French is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP tools.
