Role Description
As a Cleanroom Process Operator, you’ll be directly involved in the production of critical pharmaceutical products. This role goes beyond machine operation — it requires a high level of precision, compliance, and responsibility. You’ll work with sterile and high-potency materials in a cleanroom environment, ensuring adherence to strict safety, hygiene, and documentation standards.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment according to GMP and safety protocols.
- Perform in-process control tests to ensure product quality meets specifications.
- Accurately complete and verify production documentation.
- Report and assist in resolving equipment malfunctions and deviations.
- Conduct cleaning, assembly, and preparation of machinery and tools.
- Collaborate in continuous improvement and cross-functional projects.
- Adhere to all pharmaceutical safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.

Requirements
- MBO level 2 or 3 (technical or pharmaceutical-related studies preferred).
- Able to work cleanly, accurately, and in compliance with procedures.
- Comfortable working with sterile and high-potency substances.
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
- Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced, regulated production environment.
- Willingness to undertake additional training (e.g., VAPRO or pharmaceutical courses).
- Fluent in Dutch.
