Role Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead capital investment projects within the Site Engineering department in Boxmeer. Reporting hierarchically to the Lead Resources SE and functionally to the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), you will manage cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver projects that support business objectives. Projects range from equipment upgrades to the construction of modular server rooms and cleanrooms.

Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones
- Collaborate with internal departments such as operations, quality, EHS, procurement, and IT
- Manage external partners including design firms, equipment suppliers, and contractors
- Apply capital project phase knowledge to plan and execute work effectively
- Ensure safety standards are upheld throughout project execution
- Participate in vendor selection and contract management
- Conduct studies using Lean Six Sigma and Capital Management Process methodologies
- Optimize facility and equipment design using engineering and regulatory knowledge

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 10–15 years of experience in high-tech engineering or construction project management
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is highly preferred
