Role Description
As an E&I Work Planner (Electrical & Instrumentation), you will support the Maintenance & Reliability teams by preparing work packages, coordinating resources, and ensuring all jobs comply with safety and quality standards. You will collaborate with technicians, supervisors, contractors, and operations to optimize plant reliability and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage E&I work packages with scope, materials, equipment, safety measures, and lead times.
- Create and track job orders in SAP, assigning tasks to teams or contractors.
- Coordinate parts, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, permits, and site standards.
- Conduct post-job evaluations and update standards for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- MBO+ in Electrical & Instrumentation, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
- VCA-VOL or equivalent safety certification.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and safety-conscious.
