Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Operator to join a pharmaceutical production team. In this position, you will independently prepare and execute a variety of activities related to the manufacture of medicines. The role involves working with high-potency raw materials and sterile products in a strictly controlled and clean environment. You will be responsible for following established procedures to protect product quality and ensure personal safety, while also maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and carry out manufacturing processes according to established regulations and standards.
- Adhere to pharmaceutical guidelines regarding safety, hygiene, and environmental compliance.
- Perform in-process control tests to ensure products meet specification.
- Accurately complete and verify production documentation; follow up on any deviations.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Conduct support activities such as dismantling/assembling equipment and performing cleaning procedures.
- Propose improvements and participate in cross-departmental projects and process optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- MBO 2/3 working and thinking level, with a diploma at minimum MBO level 2 preferred.
- Ability to work in a controlled, clean, and precise manner while following regulations and accurately capturing data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in a dynamic production environment.
- Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to learn and participate in training or certifications, such as pharmaceutical craftsperson or process technology (e.g., VAPRO).
