The Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Site Engineering team in Boxmeer. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects that support the operational objectives of our high-tech production facilities. From conceptual design to project completion, you will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of capital projects, including cleanrooms, process equipment, packaging lines, modular server rooms, and energy transitions.

Responsibilities
-Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve milestones and deliver results.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as plant operations, quality, EHS, procurement, and IT.
-Manage external partners, including engineering firms, equipment suppliers, and contractors.
-Oversee projects through all phases: scoping, design, budgeting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.
-Identify opportunities for innovation to improve facility and equipment design and construction.
-Ensure a safe work environment and actively promote safety throughout project execution.
-Participate in procurement and contract management to ensure compliance.
-Apply Lean Six Sigma, engineering principles, and regulatory knowledge to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a relevant technical field (advanced degrees are a plus).
-10–15 years of experience in high-tech engineering or construction project management.
-Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or GMP-regulated environment is highly preferred.
-Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality and safety standards.
-Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is highly preferred.
