About the Role
As a Global Clinical Supply Planner, you will be responsible for demand and supply planning for global clinical studies. You’ll ensure timely availability of investigational products from study start to closure, balancing inventory with minimal waste, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to secure smooth clinical trial execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage demand and supply planning for assigned global clinical studies

• Oversee packaging, labeling, and shipment activities based on study demand

• Monitor inventory levels and balance supply needs against scrap risks

• Lead and participate in cross-functional planning and risk management meetings

• Utilize systems (SAP, forecasting tools, dashboards) to support daily operations and compliance

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply planning, ideally in pharma/biotech

• Strong knowledge of (clinical) supply chain management

• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office applications
