The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Client Relationship Manager to join the EMEA Sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and expanding sales of functional ingredients that deliver health benefits to consumers worldwide. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and B2B customers across the EMEA region, with a strong focus on building long-term partnerships and driving customer-first initiatives.

Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships within EMEA.
-Act as the main point of contact for a selected global key customer.
-Lead multidisciplinary customer teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
-Create, execute, and embed strategic account plans.
-Translate business opportunities into ambitious yet realistic sales plans.
-Monitor and analyze market trends and compile business intelligence data.
-Drive a customer-first mindset across all functions involved.
-Ensure smooth internal alignment with key account managers and customer officers.


Requirements
-Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
-6–10 years of international B2B sales experience, preferably in infant/early life nutrition or food ingredients.
-Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Opportunity Management.
-Fluent in Dutch and English (other languages less relevant).
-Willingness to travel within the Netherlands (up to 10%).
-Understanding of supply chain management and dairy preferred
