Role Description As you are responsible for providing technical and administrative support for qualification and calibration activities. This includes ensuring compliance, equipment availability, and accurate documentation, while coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and QA. Responsibilities - First point of contact for qualification and calibration activities. - Administrative support for engineers, planners, and technicians. - Coordinate external appointments, equipment shipping/returns, and procurement. - Maintain SAP Plant Maintenance records, documentation, and financial handling. - Prepare, process, and archive work orders, protocols, and certificates. - Ensure timely availability of protocols, reports, and supporting materials. - Monitor costs and support compliance with MSD safety and quality standards. Requirements - MBO 3 (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ relevant experience. - Strong organizational skills; able to read and interpret technical documents. - Proficient in SAP PM, document management systems, and MS Office. - Skilled in writing work instructions, proposals, and reports. - Proactive, service-minded, flexible, and safety-conscious. - Strong communication in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
