Role Description
As an Electronic Maintenance Technician (5-shift), you will play a vital role in maintaining and troubleshooting electronic systems within a highly automated production environment. Working independently during your shift, you will be responsible for ensuring equipment uptime by swiftly addressing breakdowns and electronic faults. Your role requires a hands-on approach, strong electrical knowledge, and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced setting. You will collaborate closely with operators and maintain communication with fellow technicians via internal tools to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve electronic and electrical issues on the shop floor during your shift.
- Interpret P&ID and technical diagrams to effectively identify and troubleshoot faults.
- Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance of electronic systems and components.
- Carry out electrical switching operations and implement corrective actions.
- Engage in fault analysis and contribute to preventing recurring technical issues.
- Collaborate with operators and maintain close contact with technical team members across shifts.
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards, including NEN 3140 protocols.
- Support continuous improvement by suggesting optimizations for system reliability and efficiency.
Requirement
- MBO Level 4 in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- NEN 3140 certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Proven experience in troubleshooting electronic systems and interpreting. technical/P&ID diagrams.
- Strong skills in electrical switching, fault analysis, and basic automation.
- Open to candidates from various industries; food sector experience not required.
