Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Supply Chain Compliance Manager to oversee and enhance our global warehousing and distribution processes. This role will focus on maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, managing SOPs and training documentation, and ensuring operational resilience. The ideal candidate will bring strong GxP expertise, process documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate across international teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, documentation, and audit of Global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs), ensuring alignment with quality requirements.
  • Act as the primary owner and editor of all Global Warehousing SOPs and WIs within the Controlled Document Management System (CDOCS).
  • Engage key stakeholders to ensure awareness, involvement, and commitment to SOPs and WIs.
  • Participate in corporate audits related to warehousing and distribution quality processes.
  • Develop, revise, and maintain the Warehouse Global Business Continuity Plan (BCP), including Business Impact Analyses, as part of the Business Continuity Team.
  • Oversee the development and management of global warehousing training content, documentation, and qualifications within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Serve as the owner of training materials, ensuring they are current and effective.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Performance teams to evaluate training strategies and effectiveness.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with global distribution, quality, and warehousing stakeholders to promote compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of supply chain or logistics experience, preferably within a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals.
  • Fundamental knowledge of GMP standards and quality processes.
  • Basic experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems, preferably SAP EWM.
  • Strong process modeling skills, with ability to document workflows, SOPs, and quality systems.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN).
  • Interest or experience in learning and development, including e-learning and LMS platforms.
  • Preferably SCOR-P certification.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
