About the Role
You will handle day-to-day logistics purchasing and payments, making sure freight rates and invoices are correct and on time. The job focuses on solving issues quickly, keeping data accurate, and improving processes.
Responsibilities
- Process transportation invoices and keep freight rate records up to date.
- Check and resolve invoice differences with vendors.
- Monitor vendor payments and follow up on delays.
- Create goods receipts and maintain fuel surcharges or spot rates.
- Support procurement with spend analysis and vendor performance reports.
- Work closely with logistics, procurement, operations, and finance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or similar.
- 2–5 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or procurement.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
- Good Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail, good communication, and problem-solving mindset.
- Able to work independently and with international teams.
