The facility is focused on the development and manufacturing of biologic medicines, particularly in the fields of immunology, oncology, and infectious diseases. They specialize in producing large-scale biologic drugs, which are typically made from living cells and are used to treat complex diseases.
Role Description
We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and support technology initiatives within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role combines project management and business analysis, focusing on delivering value through collaboration with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, logistics, and laboratory operations. You’ll play a key role in driving digital transformation, ensuring compliance, and aligning IT solutions with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end IT projects, from requirements gathering to solution design and delivery.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across manufacturing, logistics, and lab environments to ensure successful execution.
- Facilitating technical discussions, resolving conflicts, and supporting decision-making processes.
- Coordinating with global and local IT teams, product owners, and external partners to align on project goals.
- Ensuring transparent communication across teams and maintain project documentation.
- Overseeing budget planning and resource allocation for product development.
- Supporting change management and training efforts to ensure adoption of new systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT project/program management, ideally within supply chain or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations (GxP, FDA, ISO).
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
- Understanding of systems such as SAP, MES, LIMS, Historian (OSIsoft), and infrastructure components (WAN/LAN, hosting, storage).
- Knowledge of software development and testing frameworks (SDLC, CSV).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with digital transformation, cloud platforms, and data analytics is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
