Role Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and support key IT initiatives within a regulated pharmaceutical and life sciences environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful projects that deliver business value, optimize processes, and support digital transformation.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT projects, from requirement analysis to solution design and delivery.
Act as a business analyst, translating business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Logistics, and Lab stakeholders (execution systems, engineers, line technicians).
Facilitate technical discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution across teams.
Align with local and global IT organizations, technology leaders, and external partners.
Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
Improve transparency by enhancing internal and external communication between teams.
Key Competencies
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (GxP, FDA, ISO).
Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of MES, ERP, LIMS, or other IT systems in pharma is highly advantageous.
Experience in digital transformation projects and cloud-based solutions is a plus.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 7 - 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management, preferably in a regulated or supply chain environment.
- Proven track record in technology integrations, program delivery, and product lifecycle management.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with SDLC, CSV, ITIL, and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of SAP, MES, OSIsoft Historian, databases, and digital twin technologies is preferred.
