Role Description
We’re looking for a Supply Planning Lead to support the rollout of advanced planning systems like OMP and SAP S/4HANA. In this hybrid role, you’ll bridge the gap between IT and supply chain operations, focusing on Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and its integration with supply planning, scheduling, and procurement. You’ll help ensure business readiness and process excellence during and after Go-Live.
Responsibilities
- Translating business needs into optimized process designs and system functionalities.
- Supporting change requests and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Safeguarding the global process template and managing integration across planning streams.
- Guiding teams through Go-Live activities, ensuring smooth adoption and readiness.
- Delivering training and knowledge transferring using best-in-class tools and methods.
- Monitoring process performance and providing actionable insights through reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business/IT consulting, preferably in supply chain or planning.
- Proven expertise in Material Planning and Supply Planning processes.
- Strong conceptual understanding of end-to-end planning workflows.
- Experience with large-scale system implementations and Go-Live support.
- Familiarity with OMP and/or SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
