Job Description 
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and drive our technology projects within the manufacturing, logistics, and laboratory sectors. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project lifecycles from requirements to deployment, and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure successful delivery that aligns with business goals and industry standards. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, including business analysis and solution design. 

• Facilitate technical discussions, make decisions, and resolve conflicts among project teams and stakeholders. 

• Engage with Manufacturing, Logistics, Lab, and Engineering teams to gather requirements and communicate project progress. 

• Work closely with IT leaders, product owners, service teams, and business partners to maximize value and ensure project alignment. 

• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective delivery. 

• Support internal and external communications to improve transparency and share updates across local and global teams. 

• Collaborate with global IT and external partners to synchronize efforts and share best practices. 

• Ensure projects adhere to pharmaceutical industry regulations such as GxP, FDA, and ISO standards. 

• Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Trello, and Confluence to manage workflows. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, engineering, or a related field. 

• Over 10 years of experience in technical project or program management, ideally within supply chain or manufacturing environments. 

• Proven success leading IT projects in regulated industries, with familiarity in digital transformation initiatives. 

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and project management tools. 

• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical details into business context. 

• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities. 

• Experience working with IT systems such as MES, ERP, LIMS, and cloud-based platforms is a plus. 

• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards (GxP, FDA, ISO). 

• Familiarity with technical concepts like SAP, Historians, databases, AI, ML, and infrastructure is advantageous. 

• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and build strong working relationships.
