Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead critical technology projects within manufacturing, logistics, and laboratory environments. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee projects from conception to completion, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value in compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support IT projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing, logistics, and lab functions to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Facilitate technical discussions, support decision-making, and resolve conflicts within projects.
  • Work closely with technology leaders, product owners, and business teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and costs are controlled.
  • Enhance communication channels across local and global teams, fostering transparency and information sharing.
  • Align project activities with organizational standards and coordinate with external partners as needed.
  • Promote and support agile methodologies using tools like JIRA, Trello, and Confluence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience managing IT projects or programs, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing environments.
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations (GxP, FDA, ISO).
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technology implementations and integrations.
  • Experience with Agile frameworks and project management tools.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Capable of translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of clinical trial IT systems, MES, ERP, or LIMS is a plus.
