Role Overview
We are looking for a Manager Planning & Logistics to oversee planning, internal logistics, receiving, and expedition. You will lead a team of 19 colleagues, ensuring efficient operations and driving continuous improvement. As part of the plant management team, you will also advise on strategic supply chain policy and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and coach a team of 19 across planning, logistics, and expedition
-Develop and implement logistics and planning policies
-Manage daily operations with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance
-Drive KPI performance (Safety, OTIF, Scheduling Conformance, Inventory, Budget, Absence)
-Coordinate with production, supply chain, and commercial teams to align priorities
-Contribute to tactical and strategic supply chain planning
Requirements
-HBO/WO in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
-3+ years of leadership experience in production/logistics
-Strong communication skills in Dutch & English
-Experience with ERP systems (SAP); OMP is a plus
-Solution-oriented, proactive, and able to make decisions with limited data
