Packaging Operator (Day Shift), Boxmeer, Noord-Brabant

About the Role
As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the team responsible for machine and manual packaging of animal health products. Working in a GMP-regulated environment, you will prepare, operate, and maintain packaging lines, ensuring products are packed safely, accurately, and in compliance with procedures. You’ll also support continuous improvement, train colleagues, and contribute to a safe and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities
- Set up and adjust machines (printers, labelling machines, packaging machines) at the start of each order.
- Perform line clearance, machine conversion, and material checks before production.
- Operate packaging machines according to GMP guidelines, including in-process controls and order registration.
- Identify and resolve minor technical disturbances, escalate deviations, and keep machines in good working order.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of machines and workstations.
- Propose improvements to packaging processes and workflows.
- Support and train new team members.

Requirements
- Completed MBO3 education, preferably in a technical field.
- Work experience in a production environment and operating machines is preferred.
- Yellow Belt certification and experience with continuous improvement is an advantage.
- Proficient in Dutch (spoken and written).
- Willingness to work occasional overtime.

Other Information
- Day shift only (07:00–15:30).
- 32 or 40 hours per week possible.
