Our client is dairy cooperative with international presence, formed by dairy farmers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The company has a large product range including milk, yoghurts, baby and infant nutrition, cheese, butter and several locations in the Netherlands, serving global markets.
About the Role
As an Electronic Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability of electronic systems that keep the factory running. Working in a 5-shift system, you’ll handle breakdowns and technical issues independently, while staying closely connected with colleagues and operators to keep production on track.
Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve electronic faults across production systems

Read, interpret, and apply P&ID diagrams for maintenance and problem-solving

Perform electrical switching and fault analysis to minimize downtime

Collaborate with operators and team members to ensure smooth production

Maintain compliance with safety protocols and NEN 3140 standards

Support automation processes and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements

MBO Level 4 in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering

Valid NEN 3140 certification

Strong experience in troubleshooting and technical diagram interpretation

Knowledge of automation and process control systems (PLC experience is a plus)

Fluency in Dutch, with strong communication and teamwork skills
