About the Role
As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist III (Environment Health & Safety, P&O Support), you will play a key role in ensuring compliance and supporting smooth regulatory operations within the department. The position involves managing submissions, renewals, and PSURs, maintaining regulatory databases and local files, as well as providing support for artwork management and translations.
Responsibilities
- Provide regulatory administrative support and coordination across the department.
- Maintain tracking systems, regulatory databases, and local files.
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including renewals and PSURs.
- Support artwork management processes and perform minor translations as required.
- Assist with regulatory submissions and contribute to additional regulatory projects.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Regulatory Affairs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
