The Role
We are looking for a Product Innovation Manager with a passion for turning science and technology into groundbreaking products designed for the Chinese market. In this role, you will work closely with the China CBU and European factories, driving innovation at the intersection of product design, technical development, and market introduction. This position sits within the medical devices division of specialized nutrition.
Responsibilities
-Lead the development of innovative products and processes tailored for the Chinese market.
-Support the technical execution of innovation projects, including dossier preparation and feedback for China registration.
-Ensure technical documentation meets high standards and is delivered on time.
-Conduct and lead technical risk assessments within the innovation process and governance framework.
-Strengthen team expertise and foster a collaborative, sustainable team spirit.
-Bridge cross-market collaboration between China and EU stakeholders to accelerate innovation delivery.
Requirements
-Proven experience in product innovation, product development, or related functions.
-Strong knowledge of technical documentation and regulatory processes, ideally with China market exposure.
-Ability to lead projects across multiple functions and geographies (China & EU).
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-cultural environments.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovative solutions.
-Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
