About the Role
As L&D Project Manager, you will play a key role in enabling strategic and financial delivery across Unilever Foods Europe. You will support major transformation initiatives and strategic M&A projects, ensuring financial plans are executed effectively and business outcomes are achieved. This role offers a dynamic, high-impact work environment with opportunities to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of learning content from Degreed to Workday Learning
- Collaborate with the NiiT team to co-create plan pages and maintain alignment with endorsed skills and functional capabilities.
- Design and implement improvements to the learner journey, ensuring engaging and accessible content for diverse markets.
- Co-lead planning and execution of key capability workshops (Europe, LATAM, -Netherlands, META), including logistics, nominations, and participant coordination.
- Develop SharePoint pages to provide participants with easy access to learning materials.
- Support digital capability assessments, providing analytical insights to identify skill gaps and inform planning.
- Build strong relationships with global and local stakeholders to ensure alignment and flawless delivery.
- Track and report on content migration, workshop execution, and learner engagement metrics.
Requirements
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a learning PMO or project manager in a complex, matrixed international environment.
- Strong data analytics, digital, and project management skills.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills (including animations); proficiency in other digital platforms is an advantage.
- Strong ability to deliver results through collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
