Role Description
In this role you will lead global learning initiatives and capability programs for Unilever Food Solutions, including content migration to Workday Learning, workshop coordination, and digital skills assessment, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
-Lead migration of learning content from Degreed to Workday Learning
-Ensure content is structured, accurate, and aligned with endorsed capabilities
-Enhance learner journey and engagement within Workday Learning
-Collaborate with NiiT and Learning Services teams to manage content and platforms
-Plan and execute regional capability workshops and learning events
-Manage event logistics, nominations, communications, and participant coordination
-Support digital skill assessments and identify capability gaps through data analysis
-Track and report on content migration, learner engagement, and skills data
-Maintain alignment with global and local stakeholders for smooth execution
-Build strong relationships with business leaders and MCO teams
Requirements
-Master’s, BBA, or BS(Hons) degree in Marketing, Data, or related fields
-Experience as a Learning PMO or in change management within a complex, international environment
-Strong data analytics, digital skills, and project management capabilities
-Excellent PowerPoint skills, including advanced animations (other design platforms are a plus)
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
-Proactive, accountable, and action-oriented mindset
-High attention to detail and commitment to flawless execution
-Ability to influence and deliver results through others
-Strong relationship-building skills with global teams and local markets (MCOs)
