Role Description
As a Work Planner you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating maintenance activities on static equipment such as pressure vessels and heat exchangers. You ensure all work is well-prepared, safe, efficient, and compliant with industry standards.

Responsibilities

- Prepare complete work packages, including instructions, materials, and safety procedures.
- Order and manage required materials and equipment.
- Develop detailed execution plans and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage technical documentation (drawings, specifications, maintenance records).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards (QA/QC).

Requirements

- MBO+/HBO degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Process Technology.
- Strong knowledge of static equipment and piping.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (P&IDs, isometrics).
- Experience with maintenance preparation, planning, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Familiarity with safety regulations, work permits, and QA/QC processes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
