Role Overview
We are looking for a Mechanical Designer to join the product development team. In this role, you will design and optimize medical device components, drive engineering best practices, and ensure compliance with stringent quality and regulatory standards. You’ll work on challenging projects where your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will directly impact patient outcomes.
 
Key Responsibilities
-Design and optimize complex medical device components.
-Validate engineering designs with robust test protocols.
-Solve technical issues across hardware/software integration.
-Approve and evaluate vendor components for compliance.
-Monitor product reliability and propose performance improvements.
-Lead process improvements and innovation initiatives.
-Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, regulatory, R&D).
 
Requirements
-Bachelor’s (5+ years) or Master’s (3+ years) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
-Experience in system architecture, system design, hardware engineering, or product development.
-Proven track record in medical devices or other highly regulated industry (GMP, ISO13485, aerospace, automotive, semiconductors).
-Strong knowledge of CAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks, NX), validation methods, and regulatory standards.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
