Role Description
We are seeking a QA Sales Associate to join the team responsible for the South West Region (France, Italy, Spain). In this role, you will ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety while supporting commercial activities and fostering strong partnerships with customers, production plants, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, production sites, and commercial partners to enhance collaboration and drive business success.
- Support sales processes including tenders, customer requests, and inquiries.
- Identify and resolve quality and safety issues by implementing corrective and preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards, maintaining clear communication across teams.
- Provide expert guidance on quality and safety matters in collaboration with manufacturing and internal functions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an advantage.
- Experience in a QA sales support role, handling customer requests and quality-related queries.
- Knowledge of cheese and dairy processing is considered an asset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
