Our client is a leading global company in the food and beverage industry, specializing in nutrition and health products. They are currently undergoing a significant transformation in their Adult Medical Nutrition division, focusing on digital transformation and cutting-edge platform development to drive growth and innovation.

Role Description
As a Strategic Brand & Marketing Manager, you will drive innovative, insight-led brand and communication strategies in Adult Medical Nutrition, shifting from an HCP-led approach to a full-ecosystem engagement across the patient journey. You will lead global campaigns, digital transformation initiatives, and agency collaborations to deliver impactful content for both HCPs and patients.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with global and local teams to develop tailored content for each market, building stronger connections with HCPs and patients in Therapeutic Areas such as Cancer Care and Frail Elderly Care.
  • Lead the production and deployment of precisely-timed content to engage HCPs and patients across priority health areas, leveraging data-driven insights for relevant and prioritized content.
  • Collaborate with top agency partners to co-create high-impact campaigns that elevate brand presence and resonate across channels.
  • Implement a new visual identity for Fortimel in the EU and provide guidance on brand positioning and visual identity to markets like AMEA and Brazil.
  • Develop and execute a Cancer Care Campaign Production, Deployment & Toolkit, as well as a Frail Elderly Care Platform Campaign Strategy & Extension Approach for HCP/Patient & Carer.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare and consumer industries, with deep expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, project execution, and market impact.
  • Master's degree in Business or related field.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with a proven ability to capture and act on consumer and HCP insights.
  • Experienced in launching and scaling brand strategies and cross-functional initiatives, on both local and global levels.
