About the Role
As a Finance Transformation Manager, you’ll lead financial delivery of transformation initiatives and support M&A execution across the European Foods portfolio. You will drive cost savings, enable leaner portfolios, and oversee carve-outs and transitions—working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver impact.
Key Responsibilities

Translate transformation projects into actionable financial plans impacting the P&L

Manage budgets and ensure robust financial control of initiatives

Drive governance across cross-functional project teams for on-time delivery

Lead financial execution of brand carve-outs, ensuring transition success

Partner with senior leadership and M&A teams to align on priorities
Qualifications & Requirements

Professional finance qualification (CA, CIMA, ACCA); MBA/Master’s desirable

7–9 years’ experience in finance, operations, FP&A, M&A, or business partnering

Strong P&L knowledge and understanding of control frameworks

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Other Information
This is a full-time role based in Rotterdam, with up to 10% international travel. An excellent opportunity for finance professionals passionate about transformation, results, and business impact.
