About the Role
As Strategic Finance Manager, you will play a key role in enabling strategic and financial delivery across Unilever Foods Europe. You will support major transformation initiatives and strategic M&A projects, ensuring financial plans are executed effectively and business outcomes are achieved. This role offers a dynamic, high-impact work environment with opportunities to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial delivery of transformation initiatives, translating projects into actionable plans impacting the P&L.
- Drive governance and accountability across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and complete delivery.
- Manage budgets, Capex, and restructuring initiatives, maintaining robust financial control.
- Support financial execution of M&A projects, including brand carve-outs and transitions.
- Partner with internal teams, senior leadership, and external consultants to align on strategic priorities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial and operational performance.
Requirements
- Professional finance qualification (CA, CIMA, ACCA) or equivalent; MBA or Masters degree is desirable.
- 7–9 years of experience in finance, operational finance, FP&A, M&A, or business partnering roles.
- Strong analytical skills and P&L knowledge with experience in financial control frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
- Proactive, hands-on, and accountable, with a focus on delivering results.
