Role Description
As a Global Supply Chain Deployment Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the rollout of a next-generation planning tool (OMP) across international operations. You will oversee deployments for both demand and supply planning, ensuring business readiness, effective adoption, and strong stakeholder engagement. The role requires proven expertise in project and change management within complex, multicultural environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead deployments of the demand and supply planning tool across assigned operating companies (OpCos), ensuring full readiness and successful implementation.
- Serve as the primary link between local deployment teams and the global project team (OPEX, IT, program management, and other Deployment Leads).
- Manage end-to-end deployment activities in line with the project methodology, including preparation, facilitation, execution, and sign-off of deliverables.
- Drive change management, supporting stakeholders at tactical and operational levels in adopting new systems and processes.
- Navigate trade-offs, resolve conflicts, and coach colleagues to embed the new planning framework into daily operations.
- Ensure thorough documentation, clear communication, and consistent reporting throughout all deployment phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Solid experience in supply chain operations; knowledge of demand or supply planning is an advantage.
- Strong background in project management and/or system implementation.
- Demonstrated success in change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Dutch is an advantage).
- Experience with OMP or similar advanced planning tools is highly desirable.
