Quality Assurance Officer
Our Clients Company is leading chemical production company with two state-of-the-art plants, producing a range of products for various industries, including desinfectants, healthcare, and cleaning products. Job Description As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) quality management system, which involves the release of products, documentation, and training of operators. You will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling product quality, identifying and addressing quality issues, and implementing corrective actions.
Responsibilities
- Release of products and orders, including verification of labels, packaging materials, and raw materials
- Preparation and maintenance of product documentation, including logbooks, batch records, and order cards
- Monitoring and controlling product quality, including visual inspections and evaluation of batch records
- Identifying and addressing quality issues, including defining corrective actions and implementing changes
- Training and supporting operators on GMP procedures and regulations
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation systems, including procedures, regulations, and forms
- Evaluating and reporting on quality-related performance metrics, including document management and corrective actions
- Communicating with stakeholders, including product managers, site managers, and clients
Requirements
- Strong understanding of GMP regulations and quality management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with document management systems and quality control procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with operators and other stakeholders
- Fluent Dutch speaker
