About the Role
As a Supply Network Planner – Butter Projects & Continuous Improvement, you’ll play a key role in strategic business transformation and optimization. You will support the closure and integration of production sites, implement new planning tools, lead improvement projects, and manage part of the butter portfolio. This position combines operational planning with project management, giving you the opportunity to drive both daily execution and long-term supply chain improvements.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Drive transformation projects, including factory integration and new planning tool implementation

• Lead multidisciplinary improvement projects focused on service, cost, and inventory optimization

• Manage tactical and operational planning for part of the butter and milk powder portfolio

• Co-own the demand-supply cycle with planning peers and the demand planning team

• Support the S&OP cycle with scenario planning and alignment across stakeholders

• Deliver supply strategies and lead projects to implement them successfully

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

• Min 2 years’ experience in project management

• Strong knowledge of planning principles (S&OP, RCCP, MPS, MRP)

• Experience with planning tools such as SAP APO, OMP, or equivalent

• Fluent in English and Dutch
