The company operates across multiple sites in the Netherlands and is currently undergoing a major business transformation to further optimize its supply chain and production footprint.

Role Description
We are recruiting a Supply Planner to join the central Supply Network Planning team. In this role, you will be directly involved in the strategic transition of production activities, the implementation of a new planning tool, and the execution of improvement projects aimed at reducing costs, inventories, and enhancing supply chain efficiency. Additionally, you will take ownership of planning part of the Butter portfolio while ensuring optimal valorization of butter and milk powder flows in close collaboration with commercial stakeholders and the Global S&OP team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business transformation and lead multidisciplinary improvement projects (Performance+).
• Manage tactical and operational planning horizons for the Butter & Milkpowder portfolio, balancing service, cash, and cost objectives.
• Co-own the demand-supply cycle with peers and the Demand Planning team.
• Support the S&OP cycle by preparing scenarios, providing input, and aligning with Site Supply Leads.
• Deliver and implement the supply strategy, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of the network.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
• At least 2 years’ project management experience within supply planning or related fields.
• Solid knowledge of planning and inventory management principles (S&OP, RCCP, MPS, MRP).
• Hands-on experience with planning tools such as SAP APO (required); OMP is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (both required).
• Independent, proactive, and experienced in managing large projects.
• Affinity with supply planning in a complex environment.
